Our policy for now
At the moment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
Broken pots and damaged plants
This includes pots that break and plants that break or get damaged, whether before, during or after delivery. We pack with care, but live plants and pots can be damaged on the way, and we are not able to offer a return or refund for this.
When your order arrives
Please check your order when it is delivered. If you have any question or concern about your order, contact us on 03128018787 (call or WhatsApp) and we will be happy to talk it through.
Plant care
Live plants need care, and results depend on light, water and your home. We cannot refund plants that stop growing well after delivery. Our product pages have a simple care guide for each plant.
